The Foundation welcomes gifts of any amount, at any time during the year.

MCSF’s fiscal year coincides with the calendar year. From February through April, the board conducts its annual campaign to generate financial support as well as community awareness for the wide range of needs met by the Foundation each year.

All gifts are tax deductible in accordance with tax law and the advice of one’s accounting/legal professional.

MCSF gratefully accepts donations of many types, including:

1. Undesignated funds
2. Funds designated to specific projects, schools or areas of interest
3. Donations in honor of a teacher or other person of influence
4. Memorial donations, with family acknowledgements
5. Corporate matching funds
6. Pledges covering multiple years, billed at any interval
7. Planned gifts of insurance, trust funds, stock, etc.
8. Funds designated to support MCSF’s endowment investments for future needs
9. Scholarships
10. Professional development for teachers

MCSF also works with alumni groups to target special projects in the schools that might match the group’s special interests.
